A clearer starting point for waterfront owners
Jacksonville Seawall is an independent planning and referral website. We publish guides that help owners understand damage, prepare for an assessment, find the right permit office and compare complete scopes. We are not a seawall contractor, engineering firm or public agency.
You choose the professional and agree the work, price and terms directly with them. Maps and area guides do not represent offices or a contractor network.
Built from official records
The guides draw on City of Jacksonville and Beaches city records, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau county codes, Florida DEP and water management district rules, U.S. Army Corps permits, NOAA and National Weather Service water-level data, FEMA flood insurance rules and Florida statutes. Each claim keeps its source, check date and limits.
