What a project request contains

The project form asks for your community, seawall concern and a callback number. You may also add a name, project details and optional information from a planning tool. A referral request may be shared with a partner contractor for the work you requested, as described in the consent notice shown with the form.

A request comes to us first. We then pass it to the contractor, and the retention section below says how long we keep it.

Other websites and routine site operation

Official resources linked from the guides have their own privacy practices. This website includes no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information needed to serve and secure the website.

Retention and the current form

Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.

Optional tool and audience requests

Feature forms can additionally collect an optional email, property address, organization, transaction date, access notes and the project details you choose to enter. A selected warning-sign result or elevation comparison can accompany an explicit request. These are visitor-supplied observations and guidance, not verified inspection findings.

A neighbor invitation shares a random group code and the waterway or community name you enter. Anyone with the link can request to join. Do not put names, phone numbers or private addresses in that public community field. Public invitation checks reveal no member list or contact details. Deleting or expiring the organizer’s request disables its invitation; submitted requests otherwise follow the site’s stated retention policy.
